Our Commitment

At Kizomba RDU Dance Company, we believe dance is about connection, joy, culture, and community. We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Our classes, events, and social spaces are intended to be safe and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, ability, background, or level of dance experience.

Participation in Kizomba RDU programming is built on mutual respect and shared responsibility. We reserve the right to address behavior that falls outside these community standards in order to protect the welcoming, supportive environment we strive to maintain.

By participating in our classes, events, or activities, you agree to help uphold the spirit of care and respect that makes our community thrive.

  • Honor personal boundaries and communicate thoughtfully.

  • Be mindful that everyone comes to our space with different experiences, comfort levels, and expectations.
