Join us for EmpowerHER & Flow: A Women’s History Month Celebration —an energizing and uplifting experience designed for women ready to embrace movement, sisterhood, and self-expression!
This workshop will offer 3 different styles of body movement and expression:
✨ 1:00pm - 1:40pm: Kizomba Ladies Dancing – Feel the rhythm, embrace your femininity, and build confidence through sensual, graceful movements.
✨ 1:40pm - 2:20pm: Belly Dancing – Celebrate your body, enhance core strength, and reconnect with your inner goddess.
✨ 2:20pm - 3:00pm: Yoga Flow – Unwind, stretch, and find balance with a session that nourishes both body and soul..
