Ginga Battle: Leads vs. Follows

Who will win this dance battle? Will it be Follows? Will it be the Leads? This 2 Hour workshop will  breakdown body movements, muscle isolations, footwork and styling tips to help beginners and improvers advance in Kizomba by adding "flavor" to your dancing. Open to both men and women. Horacio will work with the leads and Kimberly will work with the follows. At the end, we'll have a fun "dance battle" to see who brought their ginga or swag to the dancefloor!

Intro to Semba Workshop

Come learn the fun and energetic dance of Semba! This 2 Hour workshop will cover basic steps and movents to get you started dancing Semba when music comes on at socials.

Kizomba + Tarraxinha Workshop

This 2 Hour workshop will cover what Tarraxinha is and where the place for it is in Kizomba, common tarraxinha movements that can be used to fill empty spaces when the music and steps call for it and exercises that will help dancers learn how to isolate certain muscles needed to dance Tarraxinha.
