Ladies of Raleigh-Durham, NC get ready to be a part of a special worldwide project celebrating women! 

We are inviting you to join us for this 6-week Ginga choreography series with the opportunity to be in special video for International Womens' Day - Ginga Flashmob as part of the Kizomba World Project (performance optional). No prior experience dancing Kizomba is necessary!

Each week Kimberly Nicole and Emmy will breakdown choreography, body movements and provide technique and feedback for unlocking your Ginga. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. This open to all levels and experience. Dancers and non-dancers from any background

The aim of the Ginga Flashmob is not just to promote Kizomba, but to celebrate the beauty and power of women, our amazing ladies from all over the world, our queens, our sisters.

Cost: $85 (12 hours of training)

Note: a portion of the registration fee will go towards support of the Charity organization “Women for Afghan Women” (womenforafghanwomen.org), teachers of the Flashmob and World Kizomba Project.

Additional cost for performance outfit due at later date (about $20 - $40)

** COVID-19 PROTOCOLS **

In accordance with CDC guidelines and Durham County mandate, MASKS ARE REQUIRED to attend class, regardless of vaccination status. We will also ask students to wash their hands upon entering and exiting class. We will also have temperature screenings at the door. If you feel sick, are symptomatic or think you may have been exposed to COVID-19 we ask that you stay home.

About World Kizomba Project:

Some of the world's most renowned teachers, DJs, and promoters joined together to create the Kizomba World Project Flashmob. This is the 4th edition.

The aim of the Ginga Flash mob is not just to promote Kizomba, but to celebrate the beauty and power of women, our amazing ladies from all over the world, our queens, our sisters.

So this year more than ever, our goal of the project is to re-connect and create magic together. Together we rise!
