⚠️COVID-19/Coronavirus Update - March 23, 2020⚠️
Kizomba RDU Dance Company has been keeping close watch on the updates from public health authorities. As of today, March 23rd, the Wake County Commissioner Greg Ford has ordered all nonessential businesses in Wake County to remain closed until April 30, 2020. This declaration represents the next level of safeguards the county is putting in place to slowing the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
As such, Kizomba RDU will resume classes in May 2020. Exact dates to be confirmed as we continue to monitor the progress as details continue to unfold. If you are interested in continuing your Kizomba/ Semba training, Kimberly Nicole and Horacio Joao are available for private lessons via virtual video conferencing and video submission feedback. No partner necessary for either option.
We know that many of you were excited to continue or start your Kizomba and Semba training with us, but we would rather be safe than sorry, and would feel terrible if someone were to come in contact or spread COVID-19 in the community from one of our events.
Please check back to our page for upcoming dates.
